Cancellation Policy: I will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge with a minimum 12 hour notice. For less than 12 hour’s notice 50% of the session fee will be required.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session and will be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policy:
I gladly accept cash or personal checks when services are rendered. Paypal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted when using the on-line calendar via www.jvaughn.massagetherapy.com.
Gift Certificates: All services are available for gift giving and expiration dates comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Lost gift certificates are treated as currency and are not replaceable. Professional Conduct:
Inappropriate requests (i.e. requests sexual in nature) will not be tolerated. If this occurs, you will be charged the full session fee and asked to leave immediately. Failure to comply with this policy will result in notification of the proper authorities. Service of Excellence Guarantee: It is my desire that you feel comfortable, relaxed, safe and treated with respect and dignity during your time with me. If, at any time, you do not believe my level of professionalism and skill meets your standards, I will refund your session fee and make every attempt to refer you to a therapist who can meet your expectations. Please notify me by email or by phone to resolve the issue.
