Your doctor can prescribe massage providing you have a condition that is treatable within the scope of License for Massage.

I do make an effort to provide the form directly to area doctors, but, I also like to save a tree when I can.

Your doctor may want open communication and/or reporting from me. Which would be in accordance with the HIPAA Act.

Out of pocket cost of prescribed sessions may vary depending on your particular coverage.   I do make every effort to provide financial solutions that meet the budget of those in need of my massage services.

It should also be noted that Session times may be dependent upon the therapy prescribed.
